Explain the "suggested" sentencing vs "actual" sentencing purpose > tool. 

We are launching a new section to our website so that we can provide additional information to the community and to the media in a more direct manner.  Our goal is to provide more insight to the public so that they will have a better understanding of how the criminal justice system works.  We believe greater transparency will help the community see the great efforts we make to help keep them safe.  Over time and as the website grows, the community will see how we are accomplishing our mission to seek justice through vigorous enforcement of the law in a reasonable, honest and efficient manner.
